Chris, along with his wife Debbie, founded Kidz Klub Brighton & Hove in 2008. Between them they have over 60 years of experience in childrens & youth work.

Debbie has been part of the staff since it’s creation in 2008. Chris & Debbie have 5 children of their own, and 12 grandchildren!

Alan joined the staff in 2021, and has taken on the roll as Chief Executive Officer.

Alan is married to Tina, and they have 2 children. Alan & Tina run Kidz Klub Carden on Mondays in Patcham with their Church, Brighton Elim.

Tina joined the staff in 2016 and has transformed the way the whole of Kidz Klub is administered.

Tina is married to Alan, and they have 2 children. Tina & Alan run Kidz Klub Carden on Mondays in Patcham with their Church, Brighton Elim.

Helen joined the Staff in September 2024, starting a new position as Youth Director.

Helen oversees the Youth side of the charity, playing a leading role with our residentials, other combined events, and supporting the youth leaders at our Kidz Klub partner churches.

Lola joined us as an intern in September 2023. Lola will be volunteering at Kidz Klub one day a week while she is studying at College, as well as helping out with our Kidz Klubs.

Pauline is a Trustee and brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to Kidz Klub and its governance.

Connor has been onboard for many years. His total involvement and commitment to the charity and knowing Kidz Klub inside out, brings a real day-to-day insight to the board of trustees.

Connor is a well respected team member at most of our projects and is a valued member of the Trustees.

Ron is a Trustee and brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to Kidz Klub. Ron is a retired GP, is married to Michele, and they have 4 daughters.

Jude has worked with children and families for the past 15 years as a coach, Special Educational Needs Coordinator, and pastor. She is also a property developer and a mum of 3.
As staff, we have already been on the receiving end of Jude’s excellent insights and skills, and we know that this charity will really benefit from her involvement.
